基于Oncomine芯片数据库分析KIF23基因在胃癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的阐明驱动蛋白超家族23(KIF23)基因在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法从0ncomine数据库中提取并挖掘关于胃癌中KIF23基因表达的数据,并利用Kaplan-Meier Plotter探讨其与胃癌预后的关系。结果对Oncomine数据库中搜集12项KIF23基因有表达差异的胃癌和癌旁正常组织数据集在线分析,结果表明KIF23基因在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在线生存分析结果表明KIF23基因高表达患者的预后相对更好(P<0.05)。结论KIF23基因在胃癌中高表达,且与胃癌预后有关,可能为药物干预胃癌的一个新靶点。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of kinesin family member 23 (KIF23) in gastric cancer.Methods The KIF23 gene expression data in gastric cancer were retrieved and collected from Oncomine database.The relationship between the expression of K1F23 and prognosis of gastric cancer were analyzed using an online survival analysis tool Kaplan-Meier Plotter.Results On-line analysis of 12 K1F23 gene datasets collected from Oncomine database showed that the expression of KIF23 gene in gastric cancer tissues was distinctly higher than that of gastric adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05).Meanwhile, online survival analysis showed that the patients with low KIF23 gene expression had a better prognosis (P<0.05).Conclusions KIF23 gene is highly-expressed in gastric cancer and its expression level is closely associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients, which may be a new target for drug intervention in gastric cancer.
