摘要
目的观察不同间质病变的IgA肾病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的情况。分析不同间质病变的IgA肾病患者免疫应答紊乱情况。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2018年5月在该院确诊的110例IgA肾病患者的临床和病理资料。分析不同间质病变的IgA肾病T淋巴细胞亚群的情况。结果 T0组的CD4+(36.52±5.46)%和T1组的CD4+(39.31±5.05)%、T2组的CD4+(42.08±5.97)%,差异有统计学意义(F=8.005,P=0.001),而T0组的CD8+(23.96±2.24)%和T1组的CD8+(23.38±2.12)%、T2组的CD8+(22.71±1.70)%,差异无统计学意义(F=2.591,P=0.080)。CD4+在T1、T2组之间差异无统计学意义,T0组的CD4+/CD8+(1.53±0.25)和T1组的CD4+/CD8+(1.70±0.30)、T2组的CD4+/CD8+(1.86±0.32),差异有统计学意义(F=10.646,P=0.000)。且CD4+/CD8+在T0、T1组,T1、T2组,T0、T2组之间均差异有统计学意义。结论不同间质病变的IgA肾病患者T淋巴细胞分布比例不同,且随病理的严重程度不同而呈现动态变化。
Objective To observe the interstitiallesion and T lymphocyte subsets expression of patients with IgA nephropathy and analyze the immune response conditions of IgA nephropathy patients of different interstitiallesions.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 110 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the IgA nephropathy T lymphocyte subsets of different interstitiallesions were analyzed.Results The difference in the CD4+between the T0 group,T1 group and T2 group was statistically significant,[(36.52±5.46)%,(39.31±5.05)%vs(42.08±5.97)%,F=8.005,P=0.001],and the difference in the CD8+between the T0 group,T1 group and T2 group was not statistically significant,[(23.96±2.24)%,(23.38±2.12)%,(22.71±1.70)%,F=2.591,P=0.080],and the difference in the CD4+between the group T1 and the group T2 was not statistically significant,and the difference in the CD4+/CD8+between the T0 group,the T1 group and the T2 group was statistically significant,[(1.53±0.25),(1.70±0.30),(1.86±0.32),F=9.834,P=0.000],and the difference in the CD4+/CD8+between the T0 group and the T1 group and between the T1 group and T2 group and between the T0 group and the T2 group was statistically significant.Conclusion The T lymphocyte distribution proportion of patients with IgA nephropathy of different interstitiallesions is varying,the dynamic changes are in line with the severity of degree.
