芪藤通络汤联合静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Study on Qiteng Tongluo Tang Combined with Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infraction

目的探析急性脑梗死经芪藤通络汤、静脉溶栓联合治疗的临床效果情况。方法病例时段取2016年4月—2018年3月以急性脑梗死者116例为对象,随机分设不同组别,即参照组(n=58)与研究组(n=58)两组。予以参照组静脉溶栓治疗,予以研究组芪藤通络汤、静脉溶栓联合治疗。比较观察经不同方法治疗取得的效果情况。结果 91.38%为研究组患者的临床疗效率和参照组的86.21%相比,组间数据差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.780,P=0.377);治疗后,研究组患者的中医症状积分为(6.40±1.91)分,NIHSS评分为(1.41±2.02)分,均显著低于参照组患者的(11.18±2.24)分和(4.38±1.73)分(t=12.366,8.505,P=0.001<0.05)。结论联合开展芪藤通络汤、静脉溶栓疗法治疗急性脑梗死者,疗效确切,能使IHSS评分有所改善,使患者病情缓解,加快机体恢复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of qiteng tongluo tang combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy in treatment of acute cerebral infraction.Methods 116 cases of patients with acute cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each,the control group were for intravenous thrombolytic therapy,while the research group were treated with qiteng tongluo tang on the basis of the control group,and the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 91.38%and 86.21%,and the difference was obvious(χ^2=0.780,P=0.377),after treatment,the TCM score and NIHSS score in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group[(6.40±1.91)points,(1.41±2.02)points vs(11.18±2.24)points,(4.38±1.73)points](t=12.366,8.505,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of qiteng tongluo tang combined with Intravenous thrombolytic therapy in treatment of acute cerebral infraction is definite,which can improve the NIHSS score,relieve the disease and accelerate the recovery of organism.
