摘要
目的探究分析采用PML-RARα融合基因方法检测急性早幼粒细胞白血病的准确率,进而指导临床诊断。方法选取于2017年1月—2018年1月间于该院进行诊断和治疗的64例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者和64名健康体检者为研究对象,分别检测其血液中PML-RARα融合基因的阳性情况,以及治疗前后PML-RARα融合基因的表达情况。结果健康体检者的PML-RARα融合基因阳性率为0.00%,而白血病患者的阳性率为95.31%,则白血病患者中PML-RARα融合基因阳性率显著高于健康体检者(χ~2=116.537 3,P<0.05);治疗前PML-RARα融合基因阳性率为95.31%,治疗后为73.44%,则治疗后PML-RARα融合基因的阳性率显著降低(χ~2=11.614 8,P<0.05)。结论急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的PML-RARα融合基因的阳性率较高,通过对PMLRARα融合基因的表达量进行检测可以用于临床诊断急性早幼粒细胞白血病,同时PML-RARα融合基因表达的强弱能够反应病情的程度。
Objective To study and analyze the accuracy rate of acute promyelocytic leukemia PML-RARαfusion gene thus guiding the clinical diagnosis.Methods 64 cases of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia and 64 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and the expression of PML-RARαfusion gene was analyzed before and after treatment.Results The positive rates of PML-RARαfusion gene in the healthy physical examination patients and leukaemia patients was respectively 0.00%and 95.31%,and the index of the leukaemia patients was obviously higher than that of healthy physical examination patients(χ^2=116.537 3,P<0.05);before treatment,the positive rate of PML-RARαfusion gene decreased more obviously than before treatment,(73.44%vs 95.31%),(χ^2=11.614 8,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of PML-RARαfusion gene of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients is higher,and the test of expression amount of PML-RARαfusion gene can be used in the clinical diagnosis of acute promyelocytic leukemia,meanwhile,the expression degree of PML-RARαfusion gene can reflect the disease degree.
