氨氯地平联合阿伐他汀钙对高血压并高脂血症患者临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in Patients with Hypertension Combined with Hyperlipemia

目的分析高血压并高脂血症患者采用氨氯地平与阿伐他汀钙联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年6月—2018年9月诊治的70例高血压伴高脂血症患者,随机分成研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组予以氨氯地平治疗,研究组采用阿伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果研究组治疗后SBP(125.19±10.82)mmHg、DBP (82.87±5.06)mmHg,明显低于对照组(t=2.719 6、4.708 5,P<0.05);研究组TG (1.43±0.46)mmol/L、TC (2.91±0.94)mmol/L、LDL-C (1.45±0.46)mmol/L、HDL-C (1.06±0.23)mmol/L,均低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率5.71%,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿伐他汀钙与氨氯地平联合治疗高血压合并高脂血症的疗效确切,可明显控制患者的血压及血脂水平,且不良反应少,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipemia.Methods 70 cases of patients with hypertension with hyperlipemia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each,the control group were treated with amlodipine,while the study group were treated with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium I,and the treatment curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SBP(125.19±10.82)mmHg,DBP(82.87±5.06)mmHg in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group(t=2.719 6、4.708 5,P<0.05);and the TG(1.43±0.46)mmol/L,TC(2.91±0.94)mmol/L,LDL-C(1.45±0.46)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.06±0.23)mmol/L in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71%,and the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipemia is definite,which can obviously control the blood pressure and blood liquid levels of patients with few adverse reactions,and it is reliable and safe.
