术中综合保温护理对手术患者术中低体温和术后感染的影响

Effect of Intraoperative General Heat Preservation Nursing on the Low Body Temperature and Postoperative Infection of Operative Patients

目的探讨术中综合保温护理对手术患者术中低体温、术后感染发生情况的影响效果。方法选取该院于2015年2月—2018年4月期间收治的98例外科手术患者作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=49)、对照组(n=49)。对照组外科手术患者予以手术室常规护理服务,研究组外科手术患者予以手术室常规护理服务基础上加用术中综合保温护理,记录两组术中低体温、术后感染发生情况及对护理服务满意度,将所得数据输入统计学软件后予以相应检验。结果研究组术中低体温发生率(16.33%)、术后感染发生率(0.00%)均显著低于对照组(51.02%、14.29%)(χ~2=13.20、5.54,P<0.05);研究组外科手术患者对该次手术室护理服务满意度(83.67%)显著高于对照组(61.22%)(χ~2=6.19,P<0.05)。结论应用常规手术室护理基础上加用术中综合保温护理可显著降低外科手术患者术中低体温、术后感染发生几率,有利于维持良好的护患关系。

Objective To study the effect of intraoperative general heat preservation nursing on the low body temperature and postoperative infection of operative patients.Methods 98 cases of patients in the department of surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing service in the operating room,while the study group used the intraoperative general heart preservation nursing on the basis of the control group,and the intraopertive low body temperature,occurrence of postoperative infection and satisfactory degree to nursing services were recorded,and all data were tested by the statistical software.Results The incidence rate of intraoperative low body temperature and incidence rate of postoperative infection in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group(16.33%,0.00%vs 51.02%,14.29%)(χ^2=13.20,5.54,P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree in the research group to the nursing service in the operating room was obviously higher than that in the control group 83.67%vs 61.22%(χ^2=6.19,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intraoperative general heat preservation nursing on the basis of the routine nursing in the operating room can obviously reduce the low body temperature and occurrence probability of postoperative infection,and it is conductive to maintaining a good medical relationship.
