急性乳腺炎患者的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Patients with Acute Mastitis

目的探讨不同护理方案对急性乳腺炎患者护理体会的影响。方法研究对象选自该院妇产科2016年9月—2018年9月接收的急性乳腺癌患者112例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组56例。其中对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的临床护理效果及相关护理指标。结果研究组的局部红肿消失时间(2.68±1.25)d短于对照组(5.22±1.37)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.69,P<0.05)、研究组全身炎性反应消失时间(4.18±1.02)d短于对照组(7.84±1.06)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.94,P<0.05)、研究组住院治疗时间(6.69±2.97)d均明显比对照组(9.31±2.75)d短,差异有统计学意义(t=9.57,P<0.05)。在其它指标方面,研究组的健康知识掌握率(94.64%)更高、护理操作差错率(1.79%)与护患纠纷发生率(0.00%)更低、护理工作满意率(87.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.43,18.84,9.62,19.98,P<0.05)。结论综合细致的护理措施,能有效缩短患者的红肿与全身炎性反应消失时间,降低护理挫折差错率与护患纠纷发生率,提高患者的健康知识掌握程度和护理工作满意率,为患者带来较好的护理体会,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of different nursing plans on the patients with acute mastitis.Methods 112 cases of patients with acute mastitis admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the study group used the general nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the clinical nursing effect and related nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of local redness and swelling in the study group was shorter than that in the control group[(2.68±1.25)d vs(5.22±1.37)d],and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.69,P<0.05),and the general inflammation reaction disappearance time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group[(4.18±1.02)d vs(7.84±1.06)d],and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.94,P<0.05),and the treatment time in the study group was obviously shorter than that in the control group[(6.69±2.97)d vs(9.31±2.75)d],and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.57,P<0.05),and the health knowledge mastery rate in the study group were higher(94.64%),and the nursing operation error rate(1.79%)and incidence rate of medical disputes(0.00%)were lower,and the nursing working satisfactory rate(87.50%)was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=21.43,18.84,9.62,19.98,P<0.05).Conclusion The general nursing measures can effectively shorten the swelling and general inflammation reaction disappearance time,reduce the nursing error rate and incidence rate of medical disputes,and improve the health knowledge mastery degree and nursing work satisfactory rate,and bring good nursing experience for patients,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
