超声在甲状腺结节和甲状腺癌全程管理中的作用

临床中将甲状腺结节的全程管理主要分为两个层面,第一层面,主要针对的是特定的人群,这其中包括:甲状腺结节筛查人群、风险评估、随访。手术、手术后随访与甲状腺癌复发转移的评估和治疗人群。从另一层面进行分析:主要有个体的甲状腺结节评估、监测、治疗以及再评估的反复循环状态。在甲状腺结节与甲状腺癌整个的全程管理中超声检查有着不一样的角色,在当前医学技术不断发展的今天,超声检查的诊断水平也在不断提高,在甲状腺疾病的诊疗中有不可代替的作用。基于此,该次研究就主要针对甲状腺超声检查的历史与其超声筛查、超声风险分层评估进行分析,并依照国际对甲状腺结节与甲状腺癌的管理指南,针对良性结节的随访、超声对甲状腺癌复发和转移的评估与随访进行探讨,论述甲状腺结节全程管理过程中超声的应用。

Clinically,the whole process management of thyroid nodules is divided into two levels.The first level is mainly for specific populations,including:thyroid nodules screening population,risk assessment group,and follow-up group.The patients with recurrence and metastasis of thyroid cancer evaluated and treated are followed up in and after surgery.Analysis from another level:There are mainly repeated circulatory states of individual thyroid nodule assessment,monitoring,treatment,and reassessment.In the whole process management of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer,ultrasound examination plays different roles.Today,with the development of medical technology,the diagnostic level of ultrasound examination is also increasing,and it has an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases.Based on this,this study focuses on the history of thyroid ultrasonography and its ultrasound screening,ultrasound risk stratification assessment.In accordance with international guidelines for the management of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer,follow-up of benign nodules,the evaluation and follow-up of thyroid cancer recurrence and metastasis,the paper elaborates the application of ultrasound during the whole process of thyroid nodules management.
