Research on Xi Jin Ping's Series of Discourse Related to Party Building Since the 18th CPC National Congress

党的十八大以来,习近平科学把握我国发展实际和当今世界发展趋势,围绕管党治党问题发表了一系列重要讲话,提出了许多富有创见的新思想、新观念和新理论,主要体现在:将党建寓于历史任务担当中的"责任论";解决突出问题、应对执政风险的"忧患论";立足于党建实践的"创新论";以加强执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设为主线的"系统论";以制度建设为保障的"笼子论";以人民为主体的"价值论"。对于习近平的党建思想,必须从加强和完善党的领导、巩固党的执政地位的高度来认识,必须联系新时代我党肩负的历史使命来理解。

Since the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China,based on scientifically grasping the actual development of our country and the development trend of today’ s world,Xi Jin-ping has addressed a series of important speeches on the issue of party governance and administration and put forward a series of new ideas,new concepts and new theories. It is mainly embodied in the"responsibility theory"which implies the party building in its historical task assignment,the "proactive theory"to solve prominent problems and response the ruling risks,the "innovation theory"based on party construction practice,the "system theory"which selects the strengthen of governance capacity building,purity construction and advancements as the main line,the "cage theory"with system construction as guarantee,as well as the "value theory"emphasizing the people as main body. Xi Jin-ping’ s Thought on party building must be understood from the height of strengthening and improving the party’ s leadership and consolidating the party’ s ruling status,and must be understood from the point of the historical mission of our party in new era.
