撷取黄醴泉三则验案,探究其辨治思路与用药特点。外感风温兼内应肝阳,注重宣络调肝、清热化痰,而少用滋腻辛散;湿温者,注重淡渗透热;风阳上扰,以重镇潜阳收功。

This paper discussions Huang Liquan’s ideas of the differentiation and treatment as well as his characteristics of medication through three proven cases treated by Huang Liquan.For the cases with exogenous wind-warm influencing liver yang,the treatment should be focused on dredging collaterals and regulating the liver,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,and the herbs with greasy nature and pungent taste should be less used;for the cases with damp-warmth,the treatment should be concentrated on diathermia with herbs of bland taste;for the cases with pathogenic wind invading upward,the treatment should be considered of suppressing yang with heavy herbs.
