健脾消浊汤对痰瘀型代谢综合征患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Decoction on serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein in patients with metabolic syndrome of phlegm-stasis type

目的观察健脾消浊汤对痰瘀型代谢综合征患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将64例痰瘀型代谢综合征患者随机分为对照组(32例)、治疗组(32例),对照组予改善生活方式及运动治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施的基础上加用健脾消浊汤。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较中医证候积分、腰围、血清hs-CRP水平的变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为84.4%、50.0%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分、腰围较治疗前减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组中医证候积分少于对照组(P<0.05),腰围小于对照组(P<0.05);组间中医证候积分、腰围治疗前后差值比较,治疗组大于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组血清hs-CRP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组血清hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);组间血清hs-CRP治疗后差值比较,治疗组大于对照组(P<0.05)。④Pearson相关性分析结果显示,患者血清hs-CRP水平下降幅度与腰围下降幅度(r=0.410,P=0.016)及中医证候积分下降幅度(r=0.492,P=0.024)均成正性弱相关。结论健脾消浊汤治疗痰瘀型代谢综合征疗效满意,可明显改善患者的临床症状,减轻低度炎症反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Decoction on serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with metabolic syndrome of the phlegm-stasis type.Methods 64 patients with metabolic syndrome of phlegm-stasis type were randomly assigned into control group(32 patients)and treatment group(32 patients).Improved lifestyle and exercise therapy were given to the control group and Jianpi Xiaozhuo Decoction was administered to patients in the treatment group on top of the treatment in the control group.Treatment duration was 3 months.Clinical efficacy was observed.Changes in TCM syndrome score,waist circumference and serum hs-CRP level were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate was 84.4% and 50.0% in the treatment and control groups,respectively.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and waist circumference decreased in both groups(P<0.05);they were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The differences in TCM syndrome scores and waist circumference were greater in the treatment group than in the control group compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the level of serum hs-CRP decreased in both groups(P<0.05);it was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in hs-CRP level was greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the degree of decline in serum hs-CRP level was weakly positively correlated with decrease in waist circumference(r = 0.410,P = 0.016)and TCM syndrome score(r = 0.492,P = 0.024).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaozhuo Decoction shows satisfactory effect in treating metabolic syndrome of the phlegm stasis type.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce low-grade in flammatory reactions.
