摘要
数字鸿沟对中国城乡统筹发展产生了不利影响。文章对数字鸿沟定义进行了阐述,从网络技术的认知、接入、使用、环境四个角度来建立一套测度指标系统,以我国31个省份为研究对象,并且使用明确权重的因子分析法展开测度工作。研究表明:从单一地区进行分析,上海地区的数字鸿沟问题较轻,西藏地区现象最为严峻;从东部、中部、西部地区进行分析,西部存在的现象较为严重,中部地区次之,东部地区最小,国内城乡数字化发展存在严重的地区差异情况。
The digital divide has adversely affected the overall development of urban and rural areas in China.This paper firstly expounds the definition of digital divide.And then a set of measurement index system is established from four aspects of network technology:cognition,access,use and environment.Finally the paper takes 31 provinces and regions in China as the research object,and uses the explicit weight factor analysis method to carry out the measurement work.The study shows that from a single region analysis,the digital divide in Shanghai is relatively light,and the situation in Tibet is the most serious;from the analysis of the eastern,central and western regions,the situation in the western region is more serious,followed by the central region and the eastern region;there are serious regional differences between urban and rural digital development in China.
