慢性肾功能衰竭中医发病机理探讨

Discussion on the Pathogenesis of Chronic Renal Failure in Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性肾功能衰竭是临床常见病、极重病,呈进行性进展趋势。该病病因复杂,病机变化多端,给临床辨治带来极大困难。笔者认为脏腑虚衰是该病发生的内在基础,湿浊瘀阻是该病长期存在的主要病理因素,毒邪久羁是该病进行性恶化的必然条件,从虚、湿、瘀、毒探讨该病的病变机理,能起到执简驭繁的目的。

Chronic renal failure(CRF)is a common clinical disease and extremely serious disease.The cause of this disease is complex and the pathogenesis is varied and which has brought great difficulties to clinical diagnosis and treatment.The author of this paper believes that the internal foundation of the disease is the deficiency of the viscera,and the stagnation of dampness turbid is the main pathological factor of the disease for a long time,and the long detention of toxic evil is the necessary condition for the progressive deterioration of the disease.He believes that the mechanism of pathological changes of the disease from deficiency,dampness,stasis and toxin can play a role in simplification and multiplication.
