从经方角度重谈心藏象

Retelling the Heart Zang-organ from the Classical Prescription

心为五脏六腑之大主,具有主血脉和推动血液在脉中运行,主导思维意识和精神活动,主宰人体生命活动的重要作用。张仲景所著的《伤寒杂病论》被称为"方书之祖也",不仅在外感病与杂病的辨证论治方面有着突出的成就,在对脏腑功能、病机认识方面更是精准深刻。心藏象的理论源于《黄帝内经》,而后在《伤寒杂病论》中得以运用于临床,在辨证论治中灵活化裁,文章试从经方角度重新分析心藏象的生理功能和生理特性,以阐释仲景组方之内涵。

Objective The heart is the chief of the organs,it has the main blood vein and promotes the blood to run in the pulse and promotes the blood to follow the line in the vein,the dominant thought consciousness and the spirit,the dominant body life activity important function.Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases written by Zhang zhongjing was known as the father of the sense,not only in the aspect of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of these diseases and miscellaneous diseases with outstanding achievements,in terms of understanding of viscera function and pathogenesis is more accurate.The theory of the heart Zang-organ born of Huangdi Neijing and apply to clinical in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,it flexibility in treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of classical prescription discuss physiological function,physiological characteristics and viscera relations about heart Zang-organ,so as to explain connotation of classical prescription.
