滚动轴承振动测量仪测量结果一致性方法研究

摘要 为了解决滚动轴承振动测量仪测量结果不一致的问题,研究了滚动轴承振动测量仪的结构和测量原理;分析了导致滚动轴承振动测量仪测量结果不一致的主要原因为:传感器拾振系统的频率响应特性、主轴的转速、轴向加载载荷,针对这些主要原因提出一种试验方法,保证滚动轴承振动测量仪测量结果一致性。 To solve the problem of inconsistent measurement results of rolling bearing vibration measuring instrument, the structure and measuring principle of rolling bearing vibration measuring instrument are studied. The main reason for the inconsistent measurement result of rolling bearing vibration measuring instrument are the frequency response characteristic of the sensor pick-up system, spindle speed and the load of axial loading. A test method is proposed for these main reasons to ensure the consistency of the measurement results of the rolling bearing vibration measuring instrument.
