摘要 提升滑轮作为石油钻机的重要部件,在工作中承受巨大的载荷,为了准确评估其在额定载荷作用下的稳定性,基于屈曲分析的基本原理,建立了提升滑轮的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件的稳定性分析模块,计算出滑轮的前6阶失稳安全系数及失稳模态,分析结果表明,该提升滑轮的稳定性满足设计要求,为提升滑轮的稳定性校核提供了必要的依据。 Lifting pulleys are an important part of oil rigs and are subject to huge loads during work. In order to accurately evaluate its stability under the rated load, based on the basic principle of buckling analysis, the finite element model of the lifting pulley is established. Using ANSYS's stability analysis module, the first 6-stage instability safety factor and instability mode of the pulley are calculated. The analysis results show that the stability of the lifting pulley meets the design requirements and provides the necessary basis for improving the stability check of the pulley.
