摘要
介绍了一种欧姆龙FQ2-S45010F-M视觉传感器与ABB IRB120工业机器人相结合在形状和颜色自动分拣中的应用,重点介绍了两者在通讯、视觉检测软件的设置,程序调试等方面的关键技术,有利于增强机器人系统的应用实践能力,同时通过实际研究发现影响分拣精度的因素,并提出了改善和提高精度的方法。
This paper introduces the application of an OMRON FQ2-S45010F-M vision sensor in the automatic sorting of shapes and colors in combination with the ABB IRB120 industrial robot. The key technologies of communication and visual inspection software settings and program debugging are introduced. It is beneficial to enhance the application and practical ability of the robot system. According to actual research, the factors affecting the accuracy of sorting are found, and the method of improving the precision is proposed.
