摘要
针对一拖二海洋平台升降齿轮箱封闭差动复合轮系,着重研究了速比、功率分流的规律;推导了封闭差动复合轮系之间齿数的分配,得出了一拖二海洋平台封闭差动复合轮系总速比为2倍NGW结构形式行星传动速比(固定齿圈)的结论;并使用RomaxDesigner齿轮传动软件对一拖二封闭差动复合轮系进行了建模分析,验证了速比与功率理论分析的正确性。
The law of speed ratio and power splitting is studied for the closed differential composite gear train of one-to-two offshore platform lifting gearbox. The distribution of the teeth number between the closed differential composite trains is derived. It is concluded that the total speed ratio of the one-to-two offshore platform closed differential composite gear train is twice that of the NGW structural planetary transmission (fixed ring gear);and the one-to-two closed differential composite wheel train is modeled and analyzed using RomaxDesigner gear transmission software to verify the correctness of the speed ratio and power theory analysis.
