铁道客车净水箱热分析仿真及试验对比

摘要 以铁道客车净水箱为研究对象,在对其结构特点、工作原理及传热过程进行分析的基础上,建立了净水箱的热分析仿真模型,并进行了保温性能和加热性能的瞬态热分析,最后通过与试验数据对比,验证了建模方法及仿真计算的可靠性。 This paper takes the railway passenger car water tank as the research object. Based on the analysis of its structural characteristics, working principle and heat transfer process, the thermal analysis simulation model of the water tank is established. Transient thermal analysis of thermal insulation properties and heating performance is performed. The reliability of the modeling method and simulation calculation is verified by comparison with experimental data.
