摘要
复位单元是全自动天平校准系统的重要组成部分,常用有串联和并联两种结构。为解决六自由度复位单元在大运动范围内、大载荷作用下的高精度复位问题,提出了一种"串联+并联+串联"的新型混联复位结构,并完成了系统整体结构设计。同时,对复位单元的关重件进行了有限元分析,仿真结果表明,混联复位结构满足技术指标要求,具有工程实施可行性。
The reset unit is an important part of the fully automatic balance calibration system. It is commonly used in series and parallel. In order to solve the high-precision reset problem of the six-degree-of-freedom reset unit in the large motion range and large load, a new hybrid reset structure of "series+parallel+series" is proposed, and the overall structural design of the system is completed. At the same time, the finite element analysis of the reset parts of the reset unit is carried out. The simulation results show that the hybrid reset structure meets the technical requirements and has the feasibility of engineering implementation.
