摘要
针对NZK600-16.7/538/538型双低压缸、双排汽装置的亚临界直接空冷机组溶氧量超标频繁的问题进行分析研究,得出某公司二期空冷汽轮机尤其是4号汽轮机凝结水溶氧量超标的主要原因。采取加装抽空气管道,消除空气聚积,均衡两侧凝结水流量,确保两侧排汽装置内除氧装置正常除氧,将凝结水溶氧量降低至30μg/L的优良值以下。
This paper studies the frequent problems of the dissolved oxygen overproof of the subcritical direct air cooling unit of NZK600-16.7/538/538 double low pressure cylinder and double exhaust steam system, and draws the main reason of the dissolved oxygen overproof in the second stage air cooling turbine of a Company (especially No. 4 steam turbine). Through equipping an air extraction piping, air accumulation is eliminated, condensate flow in the export pipelines is balanced. It makes sure that deoxidization devices are effective and dissolved oxygen falls to 30 μg/L.
