摘要
建立汽车地板分析模型,采用Abaqus非线性静强度加载特定载荷对地板不同区域进行分析,快速初步评估地板踩踏性能,并确定需要屈曲分析的局部区域。然后对此局部区域采用非线性屈曲分析,证明地板在屈曲区域为非缺陷敏感型结构,并精确评估地板临界屈曲载荷。将分析结果与试验结果进行对比,位移误差在10%以内,仿真临界屈曲载荷位于试验屈曲载荷区间内,证明仿真模型的正确性和可靠性。根据地板屈曲特性提出有效优化措施,即更改筋的布置与参数,并用非线性静强度分析对优化方案进行快速验证,结果表明优化方案踩踏性能较好。
The model is established, and the Abaqus non-linear static strength analysis based on fixed load is used to analyze the performance of different floor areas, preliminarily and quickly evaluate the trampling performance of the floor, and determine the local area which needs buckling analysis. The non-linear buckling analysis is used to analyze the local area, and the buckling area of the floor is proved to be non-defect sensitive structure, and accurately evaluate the floor buckling load. The simulation results including buckling load are compared with the test results, and the result error is less than 10%, the simulation buckling load is located in the test buckling load range, which proves the correctness and reliability. According to the floor buckling performance, effective optimization measures are put forward, which is to improve the layout and parameters of the ribs, and quickly verified by nonlinear static strength analysis. The results show that the optimal trampling performance is better.
