摘要 管道承受自身的热胀冷缩,以及来自于相连设备的附加位移作用,当管系比较刚硬时,管口应力会较大,甚至会超标。因此,设计管道时要使其具有足够的柔性。以某管道为例,用经验公式初步判断其柔性是否足够,利用CAESARⅡ软件对管道进行详细的应力校核,用增加Π型弯的方法来解决二次应力超标问题,实现管道的优化设计。 The pipeline is subjected to its own thermal expansion and contraction, as well as the additional displacement from the connected equipment. When the piping is relatively rigid, the pipe orifice stress will be large and may even exceed the standard. Therefore, the piping should be designed to be flexible enough. Taking a pipeline as an example, the empirical formula is used to judge whether the flexibility is sufficient. The CAESARII software is used to carry out detailed stress check on the pipeline, and the method of increasing the Π-bend is used to solve the problem of secondary stress exceeding the standard, and the optimal design of the pipeline is realized.
