摘要
分析了汽轮机叶片的基本结构及特点,研究了汽轮机叶片铣削加工和抛光加工的典型加工工艺。提出了采用关节机械手和砂带机抛光叶片的加工工艺方法,分析了抛光过程的三个直线进给运动与三个旋转进给运动的运动分量,及六自由度关节机械手的运动合成。采用自主研发的关节机械手实现了提出的抛光方案的应用,应用实例表明该抛光方案可行、有效、自动化程度高,降低了叶片的表面粗糙度。
The basic structure and characteristics of steam turbine blades are analyzed. The typical machining process of turbine blade milling and polishing is studied. The processing method of using the joint manipulator and the belt machine to polish the blade is proposed. The motion components of the three linear feed motions and the three rotary feed motions in the polishing process and the motion synthesis of the six-degree-of-freedom joint manipulator are analyzed. The application of the proposed polishing scheme is realized by the self-developed joint manipulator. The application example shows that the polishing scheme is feasible, effective, and highly automated, which reduces the surface roughness of the blade.
