摘要
针对风电齿轮箱中行星轮轴承外圈跑圈失效问题,分别从宏观结构以及微观材料进行了深入分析,确认了轴承结构以及行星轮系结构是行星轮轴承外圈失效的原因,通过无外圈轴承结构以及柔性销轴结构解决行星轮轴承外圈跑圈问题。
In view of the failure of the outer ring of the planetary wheel bearing in the wind turbine gearbox, the macrostructure and microscopic materials are analyzed respectively, and it is confirmed that the bearing structure and the planetary gear train structure are the reasons for the failure of the outer ring of the planetary gear bearing. The bearing without outer-ring structure and the flexible pin shaft structure are used to solve the problem of the outer ring running of the planetary wheel bearing.
