摘要 夹具定位误差是制约产品质量好坏的重要关键因素。V矢量合成时,容易判断错误,导致计算结果错误,影响夹具的设计。文章研究了基于机械制图软件,通过其绘图工具,不需要计算,能快速准确得出V型块定位的定位误差,这对机床夹具虚拟设计实用化进程具有实际意义。 Fixture positioning error is an important factor restricting product quality.The traditional calculation method of V-block positioning error is complex,and it is easy to judge errors in vector synthesis,resulting in errors in calculation results and affecting fixture design.In this paper,based on mechanical drawing software,the positioning error of V-shaped block could be obtained quickly and accurately through its drawing tool without calculation,which is of practical significance to the process of virtual design of machine tool fixture.
