This paper introduced the development trend of circuit breakers for miniature circuit breakers and the urgent need for intelligent miniature circuit breakers for IoT systems and automatic control systems.The difficulty of the control circuit of the intelligent miniature circuit breaker was analyzed.The design of the corresponding sampling module and the design of the hardware circuit were proposed.The analysis of various signal sampling components was carried out.The protection function and implementation of intelligent miniature circuit breaker were discussed.
