摘要
根据五轴工具磨床的功能需求,基于PMAC设计了五轴工具磨床数控系统软件的整体框架和功能,开发了一套数控系统软件。为了验证此数控系统软件功能的正确性和准确性,研制了以三台直线电机、两台力矩电机为动力的五轴数控实验平台。通过对硬件系统连接、电机PID参数的调试和数控系统软件的测试使用,实现了各个轴的全闭环控制、轴限位等功能,完成了数控系统软件的功能测试。测量了实验平台的定位精度。该数控系统软件功能正确,数控实验平台的定位精度满足设计要求。
According to the functional requirements for a five-axis tool grinder,we developed a set of CNC system software on the basis of the PMAC-based design of the overall framework and functions.In order to verify the correctness and accuracy of its function,we developed a five-axis numerical experimental platform by using three linear motors and two torque motors.Full-closed-loop control and limit control of each axis is realized,and function tests of CNC software system are completed by connecting the hardware system,adjusting motor PID parameters and testing CNC system software.The positioning accuracy is also measured.The result shows that the function of CNC software system is correct and the positioning accuracy of numerical control experimental platform meets the design requirements.
