摘要 叶片锁定装置的承载能力直接关系着风电机组维护人员的生命安全,因此,需要对其承载能力进行校核。利用ANSYS软件对叶片锁定装置进行有限元分析,根据有限元计算结果、应力分布状态、变形情况,结合对叶片锁定装置的受力分析,并考虑制造成本,对叶片锁定装置的结构进行优化。优化后的叶片锁锁定装置应力大幅减小,达到了使用要求,螺栓个数由5个减少为3个,在简化维护操作的同时降低了制造成本。 The bearing capacity of the blade locking device has a close relationship with the life safety of maintenance personnel,therefore,need to check the bearing capacity.In this paper,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the blade locking device.According to the result of finite element calculation,stress distribution and deformation conditions,Combined with stress analysis for the blade locking device,and considering the manufacturing cost,the blade locking device was optimized.The stress of the blade locking device being optimized has significantly decreased,and reaches the use requirement,and the number of bolt was reduced from 5 to 3,simplifying maintenance operations and reducing the manufacturing cost at the same time.
