摘要
针对收放作动筒的工作特性,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的测控系统,实现对收放作动筒的状态控制以及性能参数的获取。该试验台由液压板块、PLC控制器、数据采集和工控机等组成。PLC用来控制元器件完成相应的功能,利用数据采集模块获得系统中的各参数,在工控机上直观地对系统下达各种指令。实际证明,测试平台对被测件可手动单次测试,也能满足自动重复多次测试,且测试效率和试验精度高,设备可靠性强,用户界面使用方便。为产品的出厂测试和维护提供实验支持。
According to the working characteristics of the Ejection Jack,a measurement and control system based on LabVIEW is designed to realize the state control of the Ejection Jack and the acquisition of performance parameters.The test bench is composed of a hydraulic plate,a PLC controller,a data acquisition,and an industrial computer.The PLC is used to control the components to complete the corresponding functions,the data acquisition module is used to obtain various parameters in the system,and various commands are intuitively issued to the system on the industrial computer.It has been proved that the test platform can be used for both single manual test and automatic repeated tests.With high test efficiency and test accuracy,strong equipment reliability,and the convenient user interface,this design provides experimental support for factory testing and maintenance of the product.
