摘要 针对某充电宝自动组装生产线的实际需求,采用模块化设计思想,设计了一种基于磁导航的物料转运小车。设计了总体结构方案、控制系统方案、系统硬件和系统软件。控制器以S7-1200 PLC为核心,动力采用伺服轮毂电机直接驱动,利用磁导航传感器检测路径信息,并采用纠偏控制程序控制运行状态,同时利用射频识别技术进行路径选择。研究表明设计的物料转运车结构紧凑、性能稳定,能有效完成生产线上充电宝物料的运输任务。 Aiming at the actual demand of a charging treasure automatic assembly line,a material transfer vehicle based on magnetic navigation is designed with modular design idea.The overall structure plan,control system plan,system hardware and system software are designed.The vehicle’s controller is S7-1200 PLC and power is directly supplied by servo hub motor.It detects path information by magnetic navigation sensor,uses rectification control program to control its operation status and radio frequency identification technology to select its path.The research shows that the designed material transfer vehicle is of compact structure and stable performance,and can effectively complete the transportation task of charging treasure materials on the production line.
