航空发动机设计制造并行协同方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有的设计制造协同方案进行优化,重点整合了并行协同研制流程,实现了设计和制造同步开展;进而探讨了该优化方案的若干实施途径。经分析,该优化方案能进一步缩短设计试制周期约2~3个月,促进设计制造紧密融合,提高设计质量和制造符合性,并可期降低研制成本。 Based on the former design and manufacturing collaboration solution, an optimized solution has been prompted, focusing on reconstruction of the concurrent collaborative development process, to impel design and manufacturing to operate simultaneously. Furthermore, some implementation ways of the optimized solution have been discussed. According to the analysis, the total time of design and manufacturing can be futherly cut down about two or three months by applying the optimized solution, in comparison with the former one. Besides, design and manufacturing can be integrated tightly, so that design quality and manufacture conformance can be improved, and development cost can be expected to decrease.
