摘要
桑叶提取物含有黄酮类、生物碱类、多糖类化合物等活性成分,外观黄绿色或浅黄棕色。桑叶提取物对动物具有抗氧化、抑菌和脂质代谢的生理作用,在家畜、家禽、反刍动物以及水产养殖中广泛应用,能够提高动物机体的免疫力和生产性能。本文从桑叶提取物活性成分、生理作用及其在动物生产中的应用进行了综述,为桑叶提取物的合理开发利用提供参考。
The extract of mulberry leaves contain flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides and other active ingredients,which is yellow green or light yellow and brown.The extract of mulberry leaves has the physiological function of antioxidant,bacteriostasis and lipid metabolism,and is widely used in livestock,poultry,ruminant and aquaculture.It can improve the immunity and production performance of animal body.In this paper,the active components and physiological functions of the extract of mulberry leaf and its application in animal production were reviewed,which could be used as reference for the rational exploitation and utilization of the extract of mulberry leaves.
