摘要
目的:探讨二硅酸锂基的Empress-III、氧化铝基的VitaIn-Ceram和氧化锆基的Procera这3种牙科全瓷材料,对小鼠L929细胞细胞凋亡和细胞周期的影响。方法:培养小鼠L929细胞,实验分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、Empress-III组、VitaIn-Ceram组和Procera组,采用MTT法检测各组细胞增殖率,流式细胞术检测各组对细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响结果:Empress-III、VitaIn-Ceram、Procera3种全瓷材料对L929细胞凋亡均没有显著影响。随着对L929细胞作用时间的增加,对细胞增殖的抑制作用也增加,其中Empress-III影响程度最小,Procera影响程度最大,同时Empress-III对L929细胞周期的影响同样最小。结论:Empress-III对1929细胞细胞凋亡和细胞周期的影响最小,为其进一步临床应用提供了实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of three dental all ceramic materials on cell apoptosis and cell cycle in mouse L929 cells. Methods: In this in vitro study, ceramic material of Empress-III, Vita In-Ceram, and Procera were used and compared for their effects to induce the apoptosis response. The cultured mouse L929 cells were divided into negative control group, positive control group, Empress-III group, Vita In-Ceram group, and Procera group respectively. The proliferation rate of cells was detected by MTT method. Flow cytometry was used to detect the influence of each group on the apoptosis and cell cycle. Results: Empress-III , Vita In-Ceram and Procera, all 3 kinds of ceramic materials had no significant effect on the apoptosis of L929 cells. With the increase of the action time on L929 cells, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was also increased, the effect of Empress-III was the smallest, and the effect of Procera was the highest. At the same time, the effect of Empress-III on L929 cell cycle was also the smallest. Conclusion: Empress-III has the smallest effect on the apoptosis and cell cycle of L929 cells, and its biocompatibility is the best. It is worthy of further study on its clinical applicability.
