Skilled Talents Training in Secondary Vocational Education:Demand,Predicaments and Strategies

中等职业教育在我国职业教育体系建设中发挥着基础性作用,发展中等职业教育是输送国家产业建设大军新生力量的基础工程,是中国特色社会主义新时代进程的时代要求,对于现代化经济体系建设、提高保障和改善民生等都具有十分重要的意义。然而,当前对于中职教育还能走多远的议论持续不断。从国家需求、现代化建设的角度来说,中等职业教育在我国经济社会发展中仍将发挥重要地位和作用。针对当前中等职业教育的发展困境,建议从稳定中等职业教育培养规模、夯实中等职业教育办学基础条件、提升中等职业教育培养动力、提高中等职业教育培养实力四个方面,全面增强中职教育。

Secondary vocational education plays afundamental role in the construction of vocationaleducation system. Developing secondary vocationaleducation is the basic project to transport the newforces of the national industrial construction army,and is the era requirement of the new era of socialismwith Chinese characteristics. It is very important formodern economic system construction, improving securityand improving people’s livelihood. However, thecurrent discussion on how far the secondary vocationaleducation can go is continuous. This paper describesthe status and role of secondary vocational educationfrom the development of the needs of the country forsecondary vocational education, the strong demand forskilled personnel in modernization. It is necessary toimprove the training conditions of secondary vocationaleducation. It is recommended to comprehensively enhancesecondary vocational education from stabilizing thescale, consolidating the basic conditions, promotingthe motivation and improve the training strength ofsecondary vocational education.
