回归与创新:应用型人才培养模式改革探析——基于高质量就业视角的审视

Return and Innovation:On the Reform of Application-oriented Talent Cultivation Model——From the Perspective of High-quality Employment

高等学校的核心竞争力越来越体现在人才培养质量上,检验人才培养质量的重要标准之一是培养的学生能否实现高质量就业。当前形势下,高质量就业倒逼应用型人才培养模式改革。高质量就业视域下应用型人才培养模式改革的内容包括人才培养目标的转型、人才培养定位的转型、人才培养模式的转型。高校应该从基于"OBE"理念的人才培养方案设计、深入推进产教融合机制建设、建设企业深度参与的行业学院三个方面入手,不断探讨应用型人才培养模式改革路向,以促进人才培养质量和就业质量的提升。

The core competitiveness of colleges anduniversities is more and more reflected by the qualityof their graduates, the touchstone of which is whetherthe graduates can achieve high-quality employment.High-quality employment, which is related to graduates’ individual development, happiness and sense of gainand the livelihood of thousands of families, determineswhether colleges and universities can achieve healthyand sustainable development and involves the stabilityand long-term development of society. Under the currentsituation, high-quality employment requires the reformof application-oriented talent cultivation model inreturn. The reform from the perspective of high-qualityemployment includes the transformation of talentcultivation objectives, the transformation of talentcultivation positioning and the transformation oftalent cultivation model. To improve the quality oftheir graduates and the employment quality of theirgraduates, colleges and universities should constantlypromote the reform of application-oriented talentcultivation model by designing talent cultivation planbased on "OBE", strengthening the practice teachingsystem of production and education fusion andconstructing industry college which is closely linkedto companies.
