It is the basic goal to construct a group ofhigh-quality higher vocational colleges which lead theway of development of running higher vocationaleducation. For the reason, most of high-qualityvocational colleges have determined the followingconstructing projects: innovation of schooling systemand mechanism, high-level professional construction,construction of high-leveled teachers, deep integrationof production and education, international exchange andcooperation, promotion of social service capacity,construction of campus culture, and so on. The logicalrelationship among the projects is the intensionmechanism of high-quality higher vocational collegeconstruction. Among them, innovation of schoolingsystem and mechanism is an internal impetus.Professional construction is the core task. Theintegration of production and education is the basicmain line.
