摘要 建立高职院校教学工作诊断与改进制度是强化质量管理、深化内涵建设的重要举措。教学诊改是一项具有开创性的系统工程,没有可直接套用的成熟经验和能照搬复制的普适路径。襄阳职业技术学院基于两轮教学诊改实践,探索形成了根植理念、构建体系、诊改施行、建立机制、培育文化"五步一轮"教学诊改模式,并进行关键环节反思,以期完善诊改模式,提高教学诊改水平。 The establishment of teaching diagnosis and improvement system in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to strengthen quality management and deepen connotation construction. Teaching diagnosis and improvement is a pioneering systematic project. There isn’t any mature experience to be directly adopted or a universal path to be copied. Xiangyang Polytechnic, based on the two-round practice of teaching diagnosis and improvement, has formed "five-steps in one-round" teaching diagnosis and improvement mode that are rooting concept, building system, implementing diagnosis and improvement, establishing mechanism and cultivating culture, and rethought the key links, so as to optimize the diagnosis and improvement mode and improve the level of teaching diagnosis and improvement.
