摘要
专业社团文化是中职学生专业社团在建设及运行中所形成的反映职业教育要求、体现专业学科特色、符合学生身心发展规律和技能型人才成长规律并在实践中不断发展的团体文化,其生成源于中职学校专业社团建设的丰富文化蕴含,有着独特的育人功能与价值;以立德树人为理念、以建设性态度和发展眼光、摒弃"脸谱化""标签式"程式对其进行科学、合理、有效地设计,体现着文化育人的价值诉求。实现中职学生专业社团文化育人,需坚定文化自信、加强专业建设、凝聚共振合力、推进社会实践。
The professional community culture is a group culture that is formed in construction and operation of professional societies of secondary vocational school students which can, reflect requirements of vocational education, embodies characteristics of specialty discipline, accords with the law of the students’ physical and mental development and the growth rules of skilled talents, as well as develops continuously in practice. Its generation originated from rich cultural implication of construction of professional associations of secondary vocational schools, and had unique function and value of educating. It takes educating people with moral as the idea adopts a constructive attitude and developing vision. In order to achieve educating people with professional association culture of secondary vocational schools, it is necessary to insist on cultural confidence, enhance specialty construction, condense resultant force and promote social practice.
