美国社区学院校企协作项目对我国高职院校产教融合的启示

On School-enterprise Cooperation Project in American Community College and Enlightenment to Industryeducation Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges of China

作为美国社区学院系统与产业界规模最大、程度最深的融合,社区学院校企协作项目(项目群)在全国层面有制造业职业技能认证体系、注册学徒制人才培养模式、制造业创新中心和制造业共同体工程等形式,在各州区域性层面有"美国未来的技能"倡议、"从学院到职场"项目等形式。其保障机制包括政府对于产教融合提供的政策资金援助,形成多方主体协同的产教融合体制机制,成立推进产教融合实施的相关载体组织等,借鉴其经验,国内推进产教融合应是统筹产业发展与高职院校办学规划,强化产教融合的政府政策资金支持,深化产教融合组织内涵与功能建设,形成多元参与的产教融合体制机制。

As the largest and deepest integration between the industry and American community college system, the school-enterprise cooperation project(project group) of community college includes, at the national level, the certification system of professional skills in manufacturing industry, the training model of registered apprenticeship, the manufacturing innovation center and the manufacturing communities, at the state level,"Skills for America’s Future"initiative, and"From College to Career"project, etc. Its guarantee mechanism includes the policy and financial assistance provided by the government, forming the industry-education integrated system and mechanism which is coordinated by various entities, and establishing the related carrier organization to promote implementation of industry-education integration. Learning from American experience, promoting industry-education integration in China should plan the industry development and the planning of higher vocational colleges, strengthen the government policy and funding support for the industry-education integration, deepen the connotation and function construction of the industry-education integration, and form a multi-participator mechanism of industry-education integration.
