摘要
聚乙烯醇可以作为织物防起毛整理剂。本研究对聚乙烯醇2488进行了水溶液中的紫外可见吸收性能测试,对聚合物粉末或薄膜进行红外光谱表征、扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察。实验结果表明:高浓度聚乙烯醇(PVA)的紫外吸收红移,特征吸收不明显;整理过的丝线聚集度大幅度提高,稳定性及抗摩擦能力明显增强。
Polyvinyl alcohol can be used as a fabric anti-hair finishing agent. Polyvinyl alcohol2488 was used to test the UV-visible absorption property in aqueous solution, and the infrared spectrum was characterized.The morphology of the polymer was observed with scanning electron microscopy. The change of the thread in the experiment was observed with optical microscope. The experimental results show that the UV absorption of high concentration PVA is red-shifted, and its characteristic absorption is not obvious. The degree of concentration of the finished silk thread is greatly improved, and the stability and anti-friction ability are obviously enhanced.
