摘要 根据闭环控制和矢量控制的电气工作原理,基于模块化设计思想,利用Matlab/Simulink软件实现了按转子磁场定向的矢量控制异步电动机转速闭环调速系统的仿真建模,主要讨论异步电动机逆变器模块、矢量控制模块、三相/两相坐标系变换及其逆变换模块、转速调节模块、磁链计算模块、电流滞环脉宽调制(PWM)调节模块等的建模及其参数设置,并给出相应的仿真波形。仿真结果验证交流电动机矢量控制的优越性,使得学生对矢量控制复杂的理论知识有了更加直观的认识和理解,同时对矢量控制技术在运动控制系统领域的工程应用也具有一定的借鉴意义。 According to the electrical principles of closed loop control and vector control, based on the idea of module design, this simulation model of alternating current (AC) motor speed closed loop regulation system based on the rotor flux-oriented vector control is implemented by using the Matlab/Simulink software. Some main function modules are discussed in this paper such as the inverter module of AC motor, the vector control module, the module that three phase AC voltage is transformed to two phase and its inverse transformation, the speed regulation module, the flux calculation module, the module of current hysteresis based PWM regulator and so on, at the same time, the set parameter setting of these modules is also considered, and the responding simulation waves are also given here. Simulation results testify the superiority of vector control and help students directly understand the complex theoretical knowledge of vector control, at the same time, these test results can also provide a good reference for its practical engineering application.
