摘要
苏州市职业大学计算机工程学院在校企合作第二课堂实践型人才培养方面进行了尝试,探索出一种切实可行的人才培养模式。该模式主要包括:校企合作任务为导向的学生工作室建设,企业导师制的开放课堂、开放专业实训室,名企、名师指导的开放实训室论坛暨创客沙龙,厂商技术顾问模式的竞赛团队建设,融合现代企业文化及规章制度的实训环境建设。实践表明,运用该模式后学生的自主学习能力、意识明显提高;创新思维、实践能力明显增强;专业技能、职业综合素养显著提升。
School of Computer Engineering Suzhou Vocational University has attempted to train practical talents in the "second classroom". A practical teaching model for training practical talents in the "second classroom" based on college-enterprise cooperation is explored, which mainly includes: student-studio construction oriented to the task of college-enterprise cooperation;the open classroom and open professional training room of enterprise mentor programme, the forum of open training room and Creative Salon are guided by famous enterprises and famous teachers;the competition team building of manufacturer's technical adviser mode;the construction of practical training environment that integrates modern enterprise culture rules and regulations. The result shows, after applying this model, students' ability and consciousness of autonomous learning have been obviously improved;creative thinking and practical ability have been obviously enhanced;professional skills and comprehensive professional qualifications have been significantly promoted.
