摘要
订单式人才培养已成为校企合作的主要模式,在实现校企深度融合以及优化校企教育资源等方面产生越来越深远的影响。作为校企合作的主体之一,企业在订单式人才培养中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。提升企业在订单式人才培养中的积极性,可以从利益主体出发,运用委托代理模型进行分析。研究表明,依据双方的契约,高校对企业的有效约束有助于促进双方的人才培养活动,进而得到影响最优约束力度的相关因素。
Currently, the order-tailored cultivating pattern has become a major mode of school-enterprise cooperation, producing deep influence especially in the respect of realizing the school-enterprise fusion and optimizing educational resources. As an influential force, the enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in the development of order-tailored talent training mode. Thus, from the perspective of the key stakeholders, principal-agent model is presented to shed light on how to improve the enthusiasm of enterprise in this mode. The results show that effective constraint from colleges plays an important role in promoting the development of talent-fostering activities. Based on this analysis, some relevant factors concerning the optimal constraint are proposed.
