个人私有财产的丰富以及家庭内部矛盾、冲突等原因导致了分家现象的产生,为了防止家庭矛盾的进一步升级,保证公正的财产分配,分家文书应运而生。分家文书中不仅体现出以孝义为中心、兼顾个体价值实现、家庭认同与一体性的传统家庭伦理价值,还体现出传统家族伦理价值,即宗族组织对宗族内部事务的参与与管理及族人的凝聚与向心力。
