摘要
对目前有关小麦过敏原检测方法进行了较为全面的综述。比较各种检测方法优缺点,为小麦过敏原及其检测方法的进一步研究提供指导,以保障小麦过敏患者的安全。
The current detection methods of wheat allergen were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared in order to provide guidance for further research on wheat allergen and its detection methods, so as to ensure the safety of wheat allgery patients.
