刺五加奶茶对小鼠减肥降脂作用的研究

Effects of Acanthopanax senticosus milk tea on reducing weight and blood lipids in mice

将40只小鼠分为空白对照组、肥胖模型组、牛奶对照组、刺五加奶茶试验组,处理后采用对比试验研究刺五加奶茶试验组对小鼠李氏指数(Lee’s index)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)以及肝脏SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。结果表明刺五加奶茶试验组中小鼠的Lee’s index、TC、TG、 LDL-C及MDA含量较肥胖模型组相比均显著下降(P <0.05),HDL-C含量和SOD活性极显著增加(P <0.01)。说明刺五加奶茶对小鼠有显著的减肥降脂作用。

40 mice were divided into blank control group, obesity model group, milk control group and Acanthopanax senticosu milk tea test group. After treatment, the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus milk tea test group on Lee's index, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), SOD activity and MDA content in liver of mice were studied by comparative experiment. The results showed that the contents of Lee's index, TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA in the test group were significantly lower than those in the obese model group (P < 0.05), and the contents of HDL-C and SOD activities were significantly increased (P < 0.01). It showed that Acanthopanax senticosu milk tea had significant effect on reducing weight and lipid in mice.
