摘要
通过测定DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除效果及还原能力研究化橘红多糖的抗氧化能力;通过检测小鼠力竭时间、肝糖原、肌糖原、BLA、BUN、MDA、SOD、LD以及LDH指标,研究化橘红多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果显示,化橘红多糖具有显著清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基及还原能力(P <0.05)。同时,通过喂食化橘红多糖,小鼠的力竭时间显著延长,运动后小鼠的肝糖原和肌糖原含量增加,BLA、BUN和MDA水平降低、LD、LDH和SOD活性增加。结果表明化橘红多糖具有显著的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。
The antioxidant activity of exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharide was studied by measuring scavenging effect of DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion free radical scavenging effect and reducing ability. The anti-fatigue effects of exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharide on mice were studied by measuring exhaustion time, liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, BLA, BUN, MDA, SOD, LD and LDH. The results showed that exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharides had significant scavenging effects on DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl free radicals, superoxide anion free radicals and reducing ability (P < 0.05). At the same time, the exhaustion time of mice was significantly prolonged by feeding exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharide. After exercise, the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen increased, the levels of BLA, BUN and MDA decreased, the activities of LD, LDH and SOD increased. The results showed that exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharide had significant antioxidant and antifatigue effects.
