水体中阿特拉津含量的超高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 使用岛津LC-30A超高效液相色谱仪建立了水体中阿特拉津的快速检测方法。采用C18色谱柱,甲醇/水=65/35(v/v)为流动相,紫外检测器的检测波长为223 nm,二氯甲烷作为萃取剂。在0.03~1.0μg/mL的浓度范围内标准品的线性相关系数为0.999 4,曲线线性关系良好。对添加浓度为1.0μg/L的6个平行样品进行分析,保留时间的RSD%为0.068%,浓度结果的RSD%为4.183%,结果的重现性良好,在此浓度下平均回收率为97%。研究结果显示,方法的最低检出限为0.1μg/L,最低定量限为0.35μg/L,具有较高的检测灵敏度。 A method was established for rapid determining of atrazine in water. The analysis was performed by a LC-30A UHPLC system of Shimadzu,using a C18 column for the stationary phase and methanol/water=65/35(v/v)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength of UV detector was 223 nm. Dichloromethane was used as extractant. The calibration curve of atrazine showed good linearity in the range of 0.03~1.0 μg/m L,with excellent correlation coefficients which was 0.999 4. The RSD% of retention time and concentration results was 0.068% and4.183% respectively when analysis of six parallel samples with a concentration of 1.0 μg/L. The reproducibility of the results is good. The average recovery was 97% under this concentration. LOD and LOQ was 0.1 μg/L and 0.35μg/L respectively,which showed good sensitivity.
