The regulation status of the social environmental monitoring institutions of provinces in China is investigated and studied,the regulatory forms and experience of various provinces are summarized. The development status and management experience of socialized testing institutions in food safety,inspection and evaluation of occupational health,vehicle inspection and other fields are learned. On these basis,the main problems and solutions faced by the regulation of the social environmental monitoring institutions are analyzed.
